Systemic change may be influenced by individuals and can be brought about only by incremental change across the system. But to get from where we are to a better tomorrow, incremental change alone will not suffice. It will need to be sustainable and implemented slowly on a large scale. We believe that the most effective way to build sustainable impact is through community driven changes.
